Sex in the Dark is back. Monday, February 20, 2023, was the first time the University of Wisconsin — Green Bay (UWGB) had done the event, Sex in the Dark, since 2017.

Teaching Kitchen Lives up to the Name
On Tuesday, February 21st, the University of Wisconsin Green-Bay dining hosted its second “Teaching Kitchen” event of the spring semester. The first event of the semester took place in January, with future events planned monthly throughout the rest of the semester. Kylie Heisz is the Marketing Coordinator at UWGB who has been working in her role for roughly a year now.
Performing to Peers
Open Mic Night was started years ago, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the event was put on pause. Now in its second year back on UW-Green Bay’s campus, Student Engagement at UW-Green Bay is looking forward to increasing attendance for the upcoming Open Mic Night.
Decking the Halls with DECA
A UW-Green Bay student organization spread holiday cheer! The local DECA group on campus ran the “DECA the Halls Holiday Toy Drive” through December 17th.
Late-night Breakfast
The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay (UWGB) serves hot breakfast to students. The annual late-night breakfast was on Tuesday, December 13th, from 8:00-9:30 pm, serving over 300+ students in the University Marketplace. This event was held the week prior to finals to provide a relaxing event to de-stress from the anticipation of finals.
Coping With Stress (During Finals Week)
Finals week can provide ample amounts of stress for those in college, and it can be hard to find ways to manage that stress during a time when students are taking/studying for multiple exams. At the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay (UWGB), students are preparing to face their finals week at the end of the fall semester, and not everyone knows what steps they can take to keep their stress levels low.

Hy-Vee has recently expanded into the 125,000 square spaces that Shopko previously occupied; the grand opening was November 9.

Green Bay Botanical Garden WPS Garden of Lights
The Green Bay Botanical Garden will return with a holiday favorite. The Wisconsin Public Service (WPS) Garden of Lights started November 25th, and people can experience the bright lights and fun nights.
