With the semester at UWGB halfway over with there is a lot of stress. With lots of projects, papers, and midterms coming up, students’ stress levels can go up. Beyond Breath, meditation can help when you are stressed. It is a free online class that happens a few times a week at various times. It only takes 20 mins of your time, and you can do it from anywhere you have a computer and internet.
Mediation can be good for those going through mental health problems and do not know what to do. Life can be stressful and adding mental health to it can put you over the top. This meditation program will calm you down and relax you enough to go back to your work with a peaceful and calm mind. If you are stuck on what to write on your paper or homework, it is clever to go to the website and do this program. This will help you relax and clear your mind enough to go back to your homework.
