Breathing for Relaxation

Looking for a way to reduce stress and improve things like your sleep and focus? This is exactly what you need! Wim Hof breathwork is a technique of breathing that enhances focus, increases energy, improves sleep, sports performance, and reduces stress. 

The breathwork will be guided every Thursday night from 4-to-5PM at the Mauthe Center. This Thursday, October 31, bring a mat and meet in the reflection room. Contact Abby at puckhaberabs@mcenter.org with questions.
