Healing Art – No Skill Necessary

Do you like to express yourself through art? Are you interested in improving your mental health? Here’s a perfect event for you!

Tomorrow, from 6-to-7:30PM, The Richard Mauthe Center is hosting: Reducing the Stigma: The Healing Art of Creativity. A panel will share personal stories and experiences, and provide an open forum to discuss mental health. There will also be a meditation experience, and all attendees get an opportunity to express themselves on a canvas; creating art to take home.

Supper will be provided. Bring a friend.
