Dear Diary
Work has been all over the place recently. People are still being admitted; prescriptions still being filled… You would think that after not taking in essential patients for a while, that things would be beginning to slow down a bit, but that is not the case.
On the bright side, the hospital just released its first positive COVID19 patient – after 18 days of being here. So, it looks to be a light at the end of the tunnel, it may just take 18 days… longer in some cases!
Our hospital is also allowing non-essential patients to come in as long as they do not have underlying health issues. This means more patients being seen which means more revenue for the company – and I don’t need to be SO worried anymore about losing my job!
Although things won’t be the same for a while, this story brings a little glimmer of hope that things are starting to get better. Until Next Time, Stay Healthy and Happy 🙂
